Slayer Corps HQ; inside the central big house, opposite Mitsuri.

Requirements

Common baseline: Level 5 and at least one skill unlocked.

How to Obtain

1. Travel to **Slayer Corps HQ**. 2. Enter the central building and talk to **Urokodaki**. 3. Pay the fee to unlock Water Breathing; level individual forms with Yen as needed.

Drops

None. (Water V2 requires separate progression with its own costs.)
