North/Northeast of Starting Village, across from early NPC houses.

Requirements

First, to obtain it you must reach level 5 and go talk to Rengoku. The requirements for each move is:

1st Form - Level 5 + 200 Yen

2nd Form - Level 15 + 500 Yen

3rd Form - Level 40 + 1K Yen

4th Form - Level 50 + 2K Yen

How to Obtain

Speak to Rengoku with Level 5 and 1,000 Yen; accept training.
